Shipping Regions  

Delivery is currently offered exclusively within the boundaries of India. We do not offer delivery to locations outside of India at this time.    

Order Processing  

Once an order is successfully placed, our team will begin processing it within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. After processing, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order and shipment details.    

Delivery Timeline  

Orders are generally delivered within 3–8 business days. We strive to ensure timely deliveries so that you can enjoy your purchases without unnecessary delays.    

Failed Delivery Attempts  

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal of the package, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may request a re-delivery in such cases.    

Damaged or Missing Orders  

  • Damaged Items: Please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item. Photographic proof may be requested to expedite resolution.  
  • Lost Shipments: For shipments that are lost in transit, we will coordinate with our courier partners to investigate. Confirmed lost orders will be eligible for either a replacement product or a full refund.
